Plans, seats, contracts, and how to get started.
How is Vantage priced?
Flat monthly pricing with seats included. Starter is $250/month (5 seats), Growth is $750/month (20 seats), and Enterprise is custom (unlimited seats). Monthly billing, cancel anytime. See /pricing for details.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New workspaces get a 14-day trial of the Growth tier with no credit card required. Talk to Sales for a tailored proof of value at larger scale.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Starter and Growth are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Annual and multi-year contracts are available on the Enterprise tier — talk to Sales.
What is included in Enterprise?
Enterprise includes everything in Growth plus SSO/SAML, custom roles and permissions, audit log export, a SOC 2 evidence pack, and a dedicated success manager. Pricing is based on seat band and required integrations.
Can we change plans or add seats later?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth, and Enterprise at any time, and added seats are prorated to your billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately so teams are never blocked waiting on procurement, and downgrades apply at the end of the current month.
What happens when the free trial ends?
At the end of the 14-day Growth trial you choose a plan to keep your workspace and data, or let it pause. Nothing is deleted the moment the trial lapses, and Talk to Sales can extend a tailored proof of value for larger rollouts.
